On the afternoon of June 27, at the 2024 SCO Medical University Alliance Presidents' Forum, Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement and the “Wenfei Huaxian Granules” scientific achievement development and transfer agreement with Beijing Create Fortune Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd. Attending the ceremony were Zhu Weifeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the university; Liu Qian, member of the Party Committee and Vice President (at full departmental level); Yi Bin, Chairman of Create Fortune Group and Jianchangbang Pharmaceutical Industry; Yan Jiajun, General Manager of Operations Collaboration at Create Fortune Group and General Manager of Jianchangbang Pharmaceutical Industry; Han Yahui, General Manager of Create Fortune Group's R&D Center; Liu Liangji, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Affiliated Hospital; and responsible comrades from relevant university departments. The signing ceremony was hosted by Liu Qian.
At the signing ceremony, President Zhu Weifeng and Chairman Yi Bin signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Affiliated Hospital Liu Liangji and General Manager of Operations Collaboration at Create Fortune Group and General Manager of Jianchangbang Pharmaceutical Industry Yan Jiajun signed the “Wenfei Huaxian Granules” scientific achievement development and transfer agreement, with a transfer amount of RMB 30 million. The signing of the agreement marks the opening of a new chapter in cooperation between the university and Create Fortune Group.
Liu Qian stated that the exchange and cooperation between the university and enterprise is a concrete manifestation of thoroughly implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on TCM work. He hopes to take this cooperation as an opportunity to further strengthen exchanges between the university and enterprise, leverage characteristic advantages, pool powerful synergies, and boost the high-quality leapfrog development of our province's TCM industry.
In recent years, our university has achieved significant results in achievements transfer and transformation, proposing the “Three Full Mama-Style” scientific achievements transformation service model, namely full-chain empowerment, full-process collaboration, and all-round follow-up. The signing of this development and transfer agreement marks that this scientific achievement will soon bring safer and more effective treatment options to patients.
